International MEGASTAR, David Hasselhoff is the king of cyberspace, according to a poll.


Researchers have found that more web searches are made for Hasselhoff, 53, than any other cult star, including Arnie Schwarze- negger, Michael J Fox and the A-Team's Mr T.


What have I been saying? What have I been telling you - and you doubted me - Oh yes you did! Oh ye of little faith!!!


He also features in more emails than any other male star, including the likes of Brad Pitt and Robbie Williams, the Pipex poll revealed.



Hasselhoff said:

"I'm delighted to be such a hit on the web and to be crowned king of the internet."

On the female front, Britney Spears crops up in more emails than any other female entertainment star, followed by Paris Hilton and Victoria Beckham in joint second place.


The survey polled a group of 16-24 year-olds.
