Unfortunately, she almost passed out at his feet.

David Hasselhoff used to be the man who saved lives, but now he owes everything to a London hotel clerk.

After the “Baywatch” star severed a tendon in his wrist in a bizarre shaving accident last month, the clerk heard his cries and came to his aid.

However, the clerk literally swooned at his feet, and Hasselhoff fears that if she had passed out, he would have died.

“It was really early in the morning,” he explained, “and I said, ‘Help, help, please, and I went over with blood spurting everywhere, and she started to faint. I said, ‘No, no, no... don’t faint.’ I grabbed her with my foot and I said, ‘Excuse me, can you tell me the number for 911 here in London.’”

The Hoff can now be seen wearing a cast on his wrist on reality show “America’s Got Talent.”

What is it with women & blood? It's part of the human body. I'm not afraid of blood, I have never even fainted in all my life. But poor David, he went through hell!
