The world of david hasselhoff, from baywatch to knightrider, just dont hassel the hoff

It seems David Hasselhoff has been roped into advertising travel insurance without even realising it.

Following reports the former Knightrider and Baywatch star was allegedly unable to board a flight from the UK because he was allegedly a little the 'worse for wear’, the actor has apparently now spawned a new type of claim on travel insurance – “Hasselhoff Syndrome”.

Saga, the over-50s insurance firm has coined the phrase ‘Hasselhoff Syndrome’ for victims of air rage, arguing it supports the removal of passengers displaying unreasonable behaviour from flights.

Paul Green, Saga’s head of communication says:

“Drunks don’t just inconvenience themselves, they can also cost their fellow passengers dear in terms of missing connecting flights, additional hotel bills etc.”

As a result, Saga says its travel insurance includes air rage cover to ensure customers are covered for any additional costs incurred as a result of drunken behaviour, just perfect for any over 50s who think they may be a likely victim of the “Hasselhoff Syndrome” in the future.

I've been told that this is a sneak preview of Baywatch - The movie.
If that's the case, the quality of the acting is spot on, as is the plot, storyline, etc.

But can somebody explain why the script was written in German?
